Mikako is a tall, slender girl. She had pale light skin, black eyes, unkempt black hair tied into a ponytail, and a bright purple beaded headband on her head, but her eyes had deep bags and a tired look.
Common attire for Mikako includes a white short-sleeved formal shirt with side pockets and a short light gray tie, a red plaid skirt, white midsocks, and dark orange-brown loafers.
Outside of her clothes, she would often wear a gray-brown cloak, which she would pull into the hood when she performed exorcisms. In addition, a golden cross necklace and a large purple rosary worn as a necklace are also worn.
When Mikako was young, she used to hang her hair down, about the length of her shoulders. She also wears a yellow shirt with a white collar and a red rope tied just below the neckline. Mikako's taciturn character does not waver for the most part, even when the first game of killing is announced or the first motivation is given to the student.
However, this helps her in some cases as she is able to stay calm in most cases.
She was also analytical, and was one of the first students to notice that it was impossible for a rope hanging from Tsinghua to be wrapped around a pole in this way.
