The "International Youth Level Test" is a science and technology education evaluation project for teenagers around the world, the English name of the project is International Youth Test or "IYT", which includes the International Youth Test of Programming (IYT-P) and the International Youth Test of Robotics for short "IYT-R") two sub-projects.

1. Founding members
The "International Youth Level Examination" is jointly initiated by scientists and researchers from the world-renowned units Harvard University, Columbia University, the University of California, Berkeley, the California Institute of Technology, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of NASA, IBM, Facebook, RMDS Lab, And China Data Center. "Promoting Learning by Examination" promotes global young people to learn international mainstream science and technology industry knowledge, provides a unified, objective and fair international ability level certificate for youth development and social practice, and enhances the international competitiveness of young people.
2. Examination organization and implementation
The "International Youth Level Examination" is implemented by the Global Research Methods and Data Science Association ("RMDS"), an internationally renowned research institution for data science and artificial intelligence. The Global Research Methods and Data Science Association, together with various global units or units, jointly establishes a project steering committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Steering Committee"), which is responsible for the specific operation and management of the project.
As a world-renowned scientific research unit, RMDS is based on a global team of experts, supported by the global data intelligence ecosystem platform, and empowers practitioners and enterprises in the global data science and artificial intelligence industry through global training certification, world summits, international competitions and other forms. Exam content
1. Examination subjects and grades
The exam is divided into two subjects: the International Youth Programming Level Examination and the International Youth Robot Level Examination. Among them, there are nine levels of programming level examination and ten levels of robot level examination.
2. Examination tools and reference standards
The International Youth Programming Level Examination is based on scratch, Python and C++ of the mainstream software programming tools in the market, based on the CSTA K-12 CS standard, focusing on the examination of the candidate's logical thinking ability. Candidates need to develop their own core algorithms to solve the problem based on the actual problem.
Based on the "New Generation Science Education Standards" (NGSS) promulgated by the United States in 2013, the international youth robot level examination is based on the promotion of youth's scientific literacy and hands-on practical ability, and the content of the test integrates mechanical structures, electronic circuits, programming and network communication protocols.
Exam authority
The International Youth Level Examination Program is the first exam certification program for young people around the world in conjunction with the Global Association for Research Methods and Data Science, together with experts, scholars and professors from top international universities and enterprises, on the basis of the Hackathon Programming Competition for Teenagers. The project has been incorporated into the Global Accreditation System of the Global Association for Research Methods and Data Science, which has been popularized throughout the United States, and the accreditation certificate has been unanimously recognized by the California Institute of Technology, the University of California Riverside, Loyola Marymount University, the University of Southern California, Packt, Taylor Francis Group and other units, and has a strong authority and credibility in the industry.
The certificate can be used as a certificate of scientific and technological expertise and proof of study abroad, and for excellent candidates who have passed the level 8 and above exams, a letter of recommendation for studying abroad can be issued by RMDS experts.
