Yi Xue believes that there are heavenly paths, tunnels, and humanity in the world, so the objects of Yixue's study are heaven, earth, and people. The Heavenly Dao is the celestial science, the Tunnel is the Earth Science, the Heavenly Dao and the Tunnel are the natural sciences, and humanity is the social science.
Yi Xue first observed and studied celestial phenomena. Ancient astronomical systems included the North Star, the Big Dipper, the Sun and Moon, the Five Stars (Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, Mars and Saturn) and the Twenty-Eight Celestial Signs. According to the astronomical observation data, the yin and yang principle, the five elements principle and the Bagua space-time coordinate system were proposed, and the timing system of the heavenly stem and earth branch was created, forming ancient Chinese astronomy.
Yixue observed and studied meteorology, established the climate system of "four hours, eight knots, twenty-four gases, and seventy-two weather", put forward the theory of five lucks and six gases, and formed ancient Chinese meteorology.
On the basis of observations under the heavens and meteorological observations, Yixue formulates a solar calendar based on the length of the solar regression year; and a lunar calendar is formulated on the basis of the length of the moon synodic month. The Chinese luni-yang calendar has been passed down to this day.

Albert Einstein said that many of the achievements made by Western scientists have long been made by ancient Chinese scientists. One of the reasons is that ancient Chinese scientists learned "Zhou Yi" since childhood, and mastered a golden key to open the door of the cosmic labyrinth that ancient Western scientists did not grasp.
C.G., an authority on European philosophy, said that the world's only treasure of wisdom for human beings is the first to promote China's "I Ching". The laws we derive in science are often short-lived or overturned by later facts. Only China's I Ching, which is ancient and new, is still valuable for thousands of years, and has many similarities with the latest atomic physics.
