Promote the application of waste power batteries in the fields of power backup, charging and replacement, cultivate a number of ladder and recycling backbone enterprises, and increase the research and development and promotion of technologies such as nondestructive testing, automated dismantling, and efficient extraction of valuable metals for power batteries. Optimize the industrial structure to promote the reduction of solid waste sources, and strictly control the scale of production capacity in new steel, electrolytic aluminum and other related industries.
