(FAW Fuwei, 600742) issued an announcement that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report submitted by Zhang Zhixin. Due to job transfer, Zhang Zhixin applied to resign as vice chairman, director, member of the remuneration performance committee of the board of directors, and member of the strategy committee of the board of directors served in the ninth board of directors of the company. After his resignation, Zhang Zhixin no longer held any position in the company.
