After the baptism of a night rain, although there is a hint of coolness, it is still fresh and beautiful, and the 49-year-old Tibetan Hanzi Li Jin and the actors of the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe once again embarked on the road to tour the Hilly Tibetan Village in Lixian County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan.

It is understood that the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe, founded in 2001, has trained hundreds of outstanding singers and dancers from Different Ethnic Groups such as Tibetans, Qiang, Yi, Hui and Mongolians from Sichuan, Tibet, Gansu, Qinghai and Yunnan. After more than ten years of development, the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe has exerted extensive influence in the Tibetan areas of the five provinces, becoming a "cultural landmark" of ethnic minority art in the city and an "incubation garden" for ethnic minority artistic talents. Many young ethnic minorities who have come out of the snow-capped mountains and plateaus with their dreams have knocked on the gates of the city from here.

In 2008, due to the impact of the Wenchuan earthquake, the performance of the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe was interrupted for a while. After learning of this, Li Jin, president of the Aba State Chamber of Commerce, gathered the actors of the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe scattered in various places to reorganize the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe.

"At the beginning, the artists were organized to just perform earthquake relief charity performances, but I didn't expect this performance to last for eleven years." Li Jin recalled that after reorganizing the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe, he led the team to participate in the Yushu earthquake, Zhouqu mudslide, Lushan earthquake, Jiuzhaigou earthquake, Jinchuan mega mudslide disaster relief charity performance, and the spring festival every year was also spent on the public welfare performance road, whether it was the remote pasture of the snowy plateau, or the deep valley ravine of Liangshan, "where the most needed, where to sing."

At the time of the earthquake, the actors compiled the epicenter rescue story into a sketch; on the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, the actors compiled the 40-year development of ordinary herdsmen's homes in Tibetan areas into a song and dance drama... Most of the programs performed by the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe originate from the lives of ordinary people, so they are loved by the people in Tibetan areas. "The villagers knew we were going to go over and were waiting in the square at 9 a.m." Li Jin said that over the past ten years, many tile houses in Tibetan areas have become taller buildings, and the streets have become wider, and what has not changed is the laughter and tears of the people wearing Tibetan robes, robes, and overalls when watching the performances.

"My two daughters always asked ' why didn't Dad spend the Spring Festival at home', and I told them that living with the elderly in the village was equivalent to being at home." Li Jin said that because he agreed to have a New Year dinner with his daughters, he specially brought two daughters with him at the charity performance in Seda during the Spring Festival in 2017, and after the performance, he went to the local people in need and the homes of the elderly and widows to visit and comfort. When he finished the last one and hurried back to the hotel, the two daughters fell asleep with an oxygen bag in their arms.

In 2008, Tibetan artist Zewang Dorjee lost a leg in a car accident during a condolence performance in the earthquake-stricken area. Li Jin's Tanggula Style Art Troupe gladly accepted him and helped him get back on the stage. Today, under the cultivation of the big family of Tanggula Wind Art Troupe, Zewang Dorji has become a famous host and also serves as the deputy head of the art troupe. Under the leadership of Li Jin, he also ran for many years on the road of sending literature and art to the countryside.

For more than ten years, Li Jin has led the actors of the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe to send rich spiritual food to the masses in the snowy plateau with wonderful literary and artistic performances. As a private entrepreneur, Li Jin not only leads the team to move forward on the road of cultural benefits, but also charges forward in the front line of alleviating crisis and poverty, turning the wealth accumulated over years of struggle into a new house for fellow villagers and a tuition fee for children.

According to incomplete statistics, in the past ten years, Li Jin, the "leader" of the Tanggula Wind Art Troupe, has invested and donated nearly 20 million yuan; raised and driven nearly 200 million yuan of various funds to invest in various precision poverty alleviation undertakings in Tibetan areas and Liangshan, benefiting more than 4,000 poor households in Lika.

"Sending literature and art to the countryside, infiltrating the heart through literary and artistic programs, and thus subtly 'supporting the aspirations' is a 'golden key' for accurate poverty alleviation." Li Jin said that he changed from a rural baby in Tibetan areas to an entrepreneur because he enjoyed the dividends of the rapid development of Tibetan areas, and as long as he had the conditions, he would find ways to benefit more people.
