Take a deep dish that is resistant to high temperature, brush the bottom and edges with a layer of cooking oil, first place the skin egg pieces at the bottom, then peel the ham sausage, cut it vertically into 4 long strips, and place it on top of the leather egg, and open the gap between each one;
Pour the egg whites into the gap between the skin egg and the ham sausage, and then pick up the plate where it does not flow, so that the egg white is covered, cover it with high temperature-resistant plastic wrap, prick a few holes with a toothpick, put the plate into the steaming drawer, and steam on high heat for 8 minutes;

Notes:
This plate is a little large, if the egg liquid is less, it is best to choose a smaller plate, make it better;
The plate should be covered with plastic wrap to prevent water vapor from flowing into it when steaming, and the stomata in the eggs will not look good;
