A few days ago, the first overseas entry of the "New Era New Lu Cuisine" 2021 Lu Cuisine Innovation Competition - "Fresh Orange Cashew Nut Shrimp Ball" was successfully launched, which is an innovative dish produced and pushed by the China Center in Cambridge, UK, which has attracted widespread attention and voting after its launch.
Inspired by the classic Sweet and Sour Carp and Braised Prawns, the "Fresh Orange Cashew Shrimp Balls" is an innovative combination of the Characteristics of the British who like "sweet and sour" tastes. Compared with the fusion of Chinese food, Western food pays more attention to the logic of taste. "Fresh orange cashew shrimp balls" adopt the original taste of Lu cuisine to retain the original taste of ingredients, and pay attention to the clever combination of egg white "outer clothing" when frying. The sweet and sour taste of fresh oranges in the dish, combined with the cashew powder and black pepper sprinkled afterwards, immediately reveals a three-dimensional texture hierarchy that makes the population fresh.

The "New Era New Lu Cuisine" 2021 Lu Cuisine Innovation Competition jointly organized by the Publicity Department of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Shandong Province, the Shandong Terminus of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, and the Shandong Tourist Hotel Association was officially launched on September 16. Media and institutions such as the European Times and the Chinese Tourism Office in London have reported and paid attention to the competition. At present, the entries are being collected at home and abroad.
As of 18:00 on the 29th, the number of participating dishes reached 619, achieving full coverage of 136 districts and counties in 16 cities in Shandong, and also attracting the attention and participation of food lovers from the United States, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Myanmar, Peru, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam and Other countries, as well as Hong Kong, China, with a total of 7.2 million votes cast for the participating dishes.

The requirements for submitting videos are as follows:

2. The video content is divided into two parts. Part I: Introduction of self-introduction and introduction of dish name. 3. The characters in the video should not have a distinct logo and commercial elements in the dress and environment.
