Cao Jie (曹節), a native of Pei County (沛国谯县, in modern Bozhou, Anhui), was the second empress dowager of Liu Xie, emperor of the Han Dynasty, and the second daughter of Emperor Cao Cao of Weiwu.

In 260, Cao Jie died of illness and was still buried in the Zen Tomb of Emperor Xiandi in Han Dynasty rites, with the posthumous title of Empress Xianmu.
