BaXY ice cream was born in San Francisco in 1932 and was praised for its delicate taste, and was once called by Time magazine in the United States as probably one of the best ice creams in the world.
Beijing Alaifaxi Food Co., Ltd.'s "Baxi" ice cream, the recipe is derived from 1932 In San Francisco Baxi (BAXY). Entering China in 1990, it is the first full cream ice cream in China that specializes in the production of authentic American ice cream and brings a new concept to domestic consumers.
In 1994, Beijing Alaifaxi introduced a complete set of danish "Haye" production equipment, built the first specialized ice cream production line in China, and became the representative of the most advanced production technology in the ice cream industry.
