Oniguzi, mysterious and pedantic, has many excellent disciples, but he has kept a low profile all his life. He is a representative figure of Taoism and Bingjia, the founder of the Zongheng family, with the title of sage throughout the ages, and can be called the first strange person in China's five-thousand-year history.
There are very few records in ancient texts about the origin of oniguzi, and there are three more recognized theories at present.
The first statement has a hint of myth and legend. During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, there was a couple who loved each other, the husband suffered from a serious illness and had no medical treatment, and before he died, he told his wife that after death, a grain would grow on his grave, and when the grain was ripe, he would pick it and eat it, and then he would die.
The wife was heartbroken, but she also took her husband's words to heart, and after a year went to the grave, and sure enough, there was a ripe millet growing there. The woman brought the millet back and ate it, and after a few months, she gave birth to a baby boy.
Because the ghost gave birth to the valley, because the valley gave birth to a child, this baby boy was called the ghost valley.
The second statement is what the ancients said.
Xu Guangyue: There is a ghost valley in Yingchuan Yangcheng, and Gai is where its people live, because of the number. - "Collected Histories"
This saying is that the origin of the ghost valley is because of the place name, and there is a person who lives in a ghost valley, so it is called the ghost valley.
No matter what the origin of Oniguzi is, there is this character in history.
Oniguzi, surnamed Wang Mingxue, also known as Wang Chan, the Dao name is Xuanmuzi.
Oniguzi, how powerful is it! Let's first look at the disciples he taught.
Su Qin, Eastern Zhou Luoyang people also. The Eastern Affairs Master is Yu Qi, and the Xi is Mr. Onigu. - "History of Su Qinlie"
Zhang Yiren, Wei Renye. Mr. Ghost Valley, who first tasted and Su Qin, academic, Su Qin thought that he was inferior to Zhang Yi. - "History of Zhang Yilie"
Su Qin and Zhang Yi were both disciples of Mr. Ghost Valley, and they were both brothers of the same disciple. After Su Qin's studies were accomplished, he went down the mountain to go on a rampage, he advocated [hezhong], united the six countries of the East, equivalent to the ancient small United Nations, and then he himself naturally became the chief of the United Nations, hanging on the seal of the six countries, grasping great power, and reaching the peak of his life.
Then, as Su Qin's disciple Zhang Yi also came out of the mountains, he, unlike Su Qin, resolutely did not stand on the shoulders of giants, he advocated [Lian Heng], that is, the Qin State secretly united with some countries in the United Nations that Su Qin preached, after all, these countries are not the same heart, in order to deal with other eastern countries.
Before Su Qin's death, Zhang Yi had already begun to dismantle the [Hezhong] platform, lobbied the State of Wei to defect to the State of Qin, and then secretly lobbied the other five countries to join lianheng, and then ate the weakest of these countries, according to this law, by the time of Qin Shi Huang, the State of Qin defeated one by one, unified the six kingdoms, and established the Qin Dynasty.
This historical event, which was called "Hezhong Lianheng", progressed very smoothly, and people had to wonder whether the brothers of this division were conspiring, really using the world as a chessboard and the princely states as pawns, and now Shuangwen novels dare not write like this.
Pang Juan, Sun Zhen, Su Qin, and Zhang Yi, all of whom were disciples of Ghost Valley, were also known as the "Four Friends of Ghost Valley".
After Pang Juan left the division, he defected to the State of Wei. At this time, the State of Wei was in a difficult situation, fighting Qin and Han in the west, the State of Qi in the east, and the Warring States in the north. At that time, the State of Wei was also known as the "Country of Four Wars".
After Pang Juan joined the Wei camp, the wars after the Wei state were almost victorious!
Sun Zhen, who went out with Pang Juan's division, was murdered by Pang Juan and had his knee bones gouged out. Sun Bin then defected to the State of Qi, and the famous Tian Ji horse racing time occurred during this period.
Later, when the State of Wei attacked the capital of the State of Zhao, Handan, the State of Zhao asked the State of Qi for help, and Sun Bin planned a plan to "encircle Wei and save Zhao".

His disciples, based on the knowledge he usually taught to solve puzzles and explain, and then summarized and sorted out, wrote a book, which was named "Ghost Valley".
During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, the book was listed as a forbidden book because it advocated the inherent evil of human nature and the supremacy of interests, and taught people to use power to achieve their own goals, contrary to the inherent goodness of human nature advocated by the official orthodox Confucians at that time.
Another Confucian advocates moderation, while Oniguzi can allow a few families with nothing to do in the chaotic world, relying on strategy and eloquence to influence the situation in the world, which is exactly what the way of the emperor does not tolerate.
