During his tenure as director of the Community Housing Affairs Supervision Committee, Cao Yong earnestly grasped the supervision of the "three capitals", promoted the openness of government affairs and finances, and successively completed the supervision of the bidding of the former Jinma Iron Chip Factory and the former Kunsong Hot-dip Galvanized Pipe Factory.
