With the arrival of spring, Russian nutritionists have specially launched a spring menu, suggesting that local residents make up for the lack of vitamins and minerals throughout the winter.

Russia's "Izvestia" reported on the 23rd that this spring menu is called "Happiness Basket", and Russians only need to spend an average of 2740 rubles (1 ruble is about 0.1 yuan) to replenish energy for the body. The menu consists mainly of the following: a small piece of fat sea fish, bananas, strawberries, persimmons and dates, a few packets of vegetables (lettuce, spinach, arugula), a 200g piece of cheese, a piece of dark chocolate, a bag of cashews and some avocados. The most expensive of these are fish (547 roubles for 300 g-400 g), followed by avocados (272 roubles for 1-3), strawberries (270 roubles for 200 g), and the cheapest is greens (a small pot of lettuce costs 40 roubles).

Russian nutritionist Rusakova said that because most Russians live in sunshine-deprived areas, coupled with the lockdown restrictions during the epidemic, people are in urgent need of vitamin D supplementation, fish and egg and milk products are the best choice. In addition, sunbathing is also a good way to supplement vitamin D. (Liu Yupeng)
