Snowflake beef 500g
A little sauerkraut
Ginger 5 tablets
1 celery
2 coriander
2 green and red peppers
Pepper 1/2 scoop
A little light soy sauce sugar corn starch
A pinch of salt
2 scoops of white wine
<h2>Practice steps</h2>
1: Cut the beef into thin slices, release the soy sauce + cooking wine + sugar + corn starch + oil, stir well and marinate for 15 minutes, set aside.
2: Prepare (both a small amount): sauerkraut; side dishes: ginger + onion + celery + parsley + green and red pepper.
3: Pour the sauerkraut into the hot pan with cold oil, stir-fry for 1 minute and set aside.
4: Heat the pan until it smokes and pour in the oil to heat, put the marinated beef into it, and do not turn it over after laying it flat with chopsticks.
5: Spread out and sprinkle into the side dishes, move the pot to let the flames burn evenly, stir-fry for a few seconds, pour in the sauerkraut to be used (sauerkraut can be directly placed on the bottom of the plate).
6: Finally, pour a small spoonful of white wine along the edge of the pot, quickly stir-fry evenly, and eat.

High heat, oil, fast hands, from the beef into the pot in no more than 5 minutes.
