Economic Daily-China Economic Net Beijing, January 2 Huaxia Bank (600015.SH) announced this evening that Wang Hongjun's qualifications for the post of vice chairman of the board were approved by the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
According to the announcement, Huaxia Bank recently received the "Reply of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on the Qualifications of Wang Hongjun of Huaxia Bank" (Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission [2019] No. 1199), and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Wang Hongjun's qualifications as vice chairman of Huaxia Bank.
Wang Hongjun's term as Vice Chairman of Huaxia Bank shall commence on December 26, 2019, the date of approval by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and end on the date of expiration of the seventh board of directors of Huaxia Bank.

Wang Hongjun, male, born in March 1969, master's degree candidate, senior accountant. He was the deputy chief accountant and chief accountant of Beijing Jinyu Group Co., Ltd., and the director, chief financial officer and director of the financial department of Beijing Jinyu Co., Ltd. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Shougang Group Co., Ltd.
