"It is estimated that by 2025, the proportion of digital service trade in China's total service trade will reach about 50%." Chi Fulin proposed that to accelerate the development of digital trade in services, it is necessary to comprehensively promote the implementation of the negative list of cross-border trade in services and reduce the intra-border barriers under various service trade models.

"Hainan has a special mission in the context of China's construction of a new development pattern."
