Chi Fulin still remembers the scene of the first international seminar "China's Financial System Reform" held by the China Reform Institute in the early 1990s. In December 1991, more than 100 officials and financial experts from the United Kingdom, Japan, Thailand and other countries, as well as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations Development Programme and other international institutions, discussed the status and role of central banks and the tools of monetary policy. "This is the first meeting to discuss the reform of the central bank system since China's reform and opening up." He said that guests at home and abroad have made suggestions and suggestions.
"The international exchanges of the China Reform Institute in the past 30 years are the epitome of China's reform and opening up." Chi Fulin said that the international cooperation and exchanges of the Central Reform Institute have gone through three stages.
