Walking into Liyuanbao Village, Nanliang Town, Huachi County, a row of small workshops with green bricks and white walls along the highway is very conspicuous. In a workshop, villager Mei Jintao's family is making tofu, and the house is steaming hot and full of beans. "The craft of making tofu has been handed down from generation to generation by my grandfather, and although the times have changed, my family's craft of making tofu has not been lost." Mei Jintao said while busy with the work at hand.

In the 1930s, the wife of the revolutionary martyr Mei Shenggui borrowed ancient french craftsmanship to make "Meijia tofu". After several generations of inheritance and development, it is quite famous in the local area, and it is often in short supply. This year, Mei Jintao, the fourth-generation inheritor of "Meijia Tofu", took advantage of the east wind of rural revitalization and established a cooperative with the support of counties and townships, leading 10 farmers in the village to develop the tofu industry. Nanliang Town plans to invest 2.4 million yuan to focus on "family workshop" production, drive more than 100 farmers in Liyuanbao Village to develop the tofu industry, and create the "Nanliang Tofu" brand.

In order to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, Huachi County strives to improve the industrial development mechanism, with the goal of "cattle into households, sheep into cooperatives, and family farms and household industries", and strives to be a large-scale, strong leader, excellent system, and bright brand.

Huachi County plans to build a new Longdong black sheep breeding demonstration base in Sun Village, Chengcheng Town, planning to build 14 sheep houses, 2,000 square meters of feed sheds, and 150 sets of machinery and equipment (sets) for supporting the purchase of machinery and equipment. At the same time, Chengcheng Town built 31 new cattle sheds for 31 cattle breeding professional households in Zhangchuan, Zhuangke and Dinghan villages, with a total investment of 1.55 million yuan; built 2 grass sheds for 2 farmers; and completed the construction of 2 rural revitalization demonstration households. Zifang PanXiang organized more than 30 households to visit Chia Tai Company to learn cattle raising technology, and put 94 piglets for 36 households in Liuping Village; introduced Qingcheng Changxing Native Specialty Co., Ltd., planted more than 1,500 mu of land in Miaogou Village to plant white melon seeds, and added 38 new photovoltaic power generation public welfare posts.

Huachi County has made great efforts to improve the medical environment, infrastructure construction, environmental sanitation and rectification, and the transfer of labor and employment, and has focused on solving a number of difficult, troublesome, and troublesome things that the masses are concerned about.
