Only 200 meters away from Line 2/Line 10 (under construction) Dongxiao South Station, it is a subway superstructured community, the surrounding life supporting mature, top three hospitals, large shopping malls (Xinduhui), Internet red food and so on.

For Gang need, the subway commute to Zhucheng takes only 24 minutes; the commute to Pazhou is less than 30 minutes. This traffic configuration and living facilities are really impeccable, and it is very friendly to just need.

First of all, the surrounding environment of the community is really general, electric vehicles are chaotic, and there are many people crossing the road and the feeling of miscellaneous.
But objectively speaking, the environment is better than before, line 10 fence construction, but also deliberately engaged in some green plants and spray to reduce dust.
Xiaogang Bay is a large-scale relocation housing community, and the residents are mostly tenants and elderly People.
From a shell APP, the 9-storey step ladder building was almost all built in 98/99, while the high-rise elevator building was mostly built in 04/05.

If you increase your budget to buy an original elevator listing, the apartment type will be much better.
If it is the 7th to 9th floor without an elevator, dark room, the apartment type is strange, I sincerely recommend that you carefully consider, if these houses are bought, it is really difficult to sell.
In general, Xiaogang Bay is really great in location, and many buildings with elevators just need to properly control the expectations, pick a pick of apartment types or you can get on the car, but investment is not recommended to start.

Qiao Cheng Garden
Qiao Cheng Garden is also close to the East Xiaonan Subway Station, the living facilities are the same as Xiaogangwan, the school is also Xiaogangwan Primary School, and most of the listings are between 1998 and 2000.
The same is open management, most of them are 9-story step ladder buildings (some have been installed with elevators), greenery in general, and the garbage cans under the trees are placed in some mess.
The occupant circle is also the old Canton and the majority of tenants. The bottom business on the first floor is also more complicated, there are intermediary stores, there are takeaway delivery service stations, and some stores are closed, but what disgusts me is that there are a bunch of uncles playing cards.

At the same time, the shortcomings are also very consistent: the school is very general, the building is old, the environment in and around the community is difficult to satisfy, the apartment type is strange, the step ladder is more housing, the personnel is more complicated, and the open management is open.
Where there is a choice, there must be abandonment. With a budget of $2 million, when you choose commuting and mature living packages, you give up decency and area; and vice versa.
Just need to get in the car, watch the dishes and eat.
But there is one thing Leo must emphasize, we must avoid hard-to-replace listings.
For example, the stairs on the 1st to 2nd floor and the 7th to 9th floors of the house, dark room, room out of the balcony, room area is too small, which has obvious hard injuries.
