It is understood that the observation of 6 Chinese crested terns is the largest number of local discoveries this year.
The Chinese crested tern, also known as the black-billed crested tern, is listed as a critically endangered species by the IUCN, is one of the "100 most endangered species", and now has a total of about 100 in the world, and is listed as a national first-class protected animal in China.
