How to vigorously inherit and carry forward the spirit of Ba Manzi and enhance the connotation characteristics of Lichuan ecological and cultural tourism? Liu Haiyan, based on the post of archival history, on the one hand, actively coordinated with the Expert Group of the Zhongnan Minda Manzi Project entrusted by the Lichuan Municipal Archives to undertake research tasks; on the other hand, she used her rest time to read the archival materials, appreciate the loyalty and courage of Ba Manzi from historical classics, and look for ba Manzi's figure from the rural investigation...
To this end, Liu Haiyan wrote a proposal "Suggestions on Vigorously Inheriting and Carrying Forward the Spirit of Ba Manzi". She proposed: Playing well the "school-land" card, deepening school-local cooperation, and promoting historical research; playing the "cultural tourism" card well, doing a good job in overall planning, and highlighting the combination of cultural tourism; playing the "characteristic" card well, forming a joint propaganda force, and creating a characteristic culture.
The proposal was finally selected as the speech material for the fifth meeting of the Ninth Committee of the CPPCC Lichuan City.
In addition, during his tenure as a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Liu Haiyan also wrote proposals such as "Suggestions on Strengthening the Protection and Utilization of Revolutionary Sites in Lichuan City", "Suggestions on Giving Play to the Main Role of Female CPPCC Members", and "Suggestions on Strengthening the Disposal of Rural Garbage", and participated in more than 10 joint proposals. Among them, the "Proposal on Strengthening the Treatment of Rural Waste" has been highly valued by the municipal government and relevant functional departments, and has been selected as an annual excellent proposal by the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
It is worth mentioning that Liu Haiyan also used her professional advantages to help the city's party history study and education. As one of the editors-in-chief, Liu Haiyan cooperated with the CppcC municipal committee to compile and publish the book "Red Memory - The Communist Party of China in Lichuan", which provided an auxiliary reading for the study and education of party history in the city. She also actively participated in the production of the short video "Learning Party History and Talking About Red Lichuan" and was responsible for providing Party history materials.
This year, the Municipal Archives will be the "Old Story • New Lichuan" exhibition hall into the Lichuan Party History Museum, Liu Haiyan as the leader in charge, in accordance with the requirements of party history study and education, carefully collect historical materials, improve the content of the exhibition, enhance the connotation of education, serve cadres inside and outside the city, the masses, migratory birds, guests Party history study and education exhibition, has received nearly 2,000 people from the city's administration, enterprises and institutions and the masses of all sessions of society.
In her own work, Liu Haiyan is even more practical, integrating the responsibilities of the CPPCC Standing Committee into daily work, optimizing the environment in daily life, implementing active service and front-line service, and comprehensively improving the service level of file management and utilization.
In the archives access hall, pennants such as "loyalty to duty, diligence for the people, sincere service, and due diligence" are particularly conspicuous. This is the best affirmation of the masses for Liu Haiyan and the archives.
