Previously, according to the "Shaanxi Daily" reported on December 11, the central government approved a few days ago: Comrade Wang Xiao was appointed as a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and a member of the Standing Committee.

According to the official resume, Wang Xiao, male, Han ethnicity, born in May 1968, Zaozhuang, Shandong, began working in July 1991, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1987, graduate degree, doctorate in economics.

Wang Xiao successively served as assistant director of the management committee of Qingdao Hi-Tech Industrial Park in Shandong Province and executive deputy commander of the key engineering headquarters, deputy secretary and secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Youth League of Shandong Province, deputy secretary and secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, deputy director and minister of the Youth Work Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and in January 2009, he was appointed as the executive secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League (deputy minister level).

In May 2013, Wang Xiao was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee and Vice Governor of Qinghai Provincial Party Committee, in May 2015 he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Xining Municipal Party Committee, and in December 2020, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee.
