On the phone between the literati, after talking about the right thing, they will say: When to drink tea, I have a new tea here this year, just sent from the place of origin, incense. Some will also report the names of tea: Jinshan Shiyu, Xinyang Maojian, Huangshan Maofeng, Shifeng Longjing, Zheng'an White Tea... Ho ho, the seductive tea name is more attractive than the other, and I want to taste it after hearing it. Some of these teas are very famous, are classic brands, such as Longjing, Duyun Maojian, Biluochun; some are new brands launched since the reform and opening up, which have the tendency to catch up later; and some are not famous at all, but they are also respiring and pleasant to drink. They are all competing in shanghai's tea market.
This part of Shanghai does not produce tea.
However, it does not produce tea, and the tea market is particularly active. The Shanghai Tea Culture Festival, held more than 20 years ago, attracted almost all the famous tea producing areas in China to participate in the exhibition. Guizhou's tea has also entered Shanghai in recent years, the tea association has come, the agricultural committee has come, and Zunyi's tea has to cooperate with wang Yutai tea house, which has been famous on the beach for more than a hundred years, and the momentum is getting bigger and bigger every year. When I meet some friends and have drunk tea from Guizhou, I have to say a few words when I see them:
"Guizhou's tea is good, especially the uniform hair tip, which can be said to be the best."
I will tell him in time: it is not only the top product, it is the second best tea in China's top ten famous teas. Both Chairman Mao and the Chongzhen Emperor liked it.
Some people also praised Zheng'an's white tea, saying that they did not expect that Guizhou people learned to make Anji white tea, and actually made it successfully, which is good and good, and the taste is pure.
I corrected him: Zheng'an white tea has existed since ancient times. Anji white tea was arose during the Southern Song Dynasty, as far as I know, Anji white tea is not as old as the white tea in Zheng'an, Guizhou, so the most expensive Anji white tea, sold for more than three thousand a pound; in Shenzhen, a pound of Zheng'an white tea, sold to tens of thousands of miles!
