Since its inception in 2007, the World Whiskies Awards (WWA) has been a high-profile international event for 14 years, and each selected wine has opened its starlight path, becoming a guide for whisky players to collect and drink, and the most important award is the world's Best Single Malt. Founded in 1967 in the Speysee appellation of Scotland, GlenAllachie winery is one of Scotland's youngest wineries. Since the 1970s, Granaritch has stockpiled large quantities of original wines and has been quietly supplying blended whiskies with base liquors. In 2017, Billy Walker, known as the "first nose in the world," acquired Granaritch and made a series of reforms to the distillery. Billy Walker's award-winning 4th edition of 10 years is a blend of PX sherry and Oloroso barrels and a small amount of new barrels of original wine, bottled at the strength of the original barrel, uncooled filtered and caramel-colored, with an alcohol content of 56.1% ABV and a global limit of 2,600 bottles.

In 1973, 50 years after the establishment of the Yamazaki Distillery, Suntory's Shirashu Distillery was born with the goal of brewing new flavor whiskies. It not only has the characteristics of the Baizhou distillery's rich fruit aroma, fresh flowers and herbs and elegant peat smoke. Its 25-year maturity gives the wine its fullest aromatic taste. Following this award in 2018, the award-winning Baizhou has regained the crown in 25 years.

The wine is a blend of single malt whisky aged in bourbon barrels for more than 24 years and stored briefly in French sudterine liqueur barrels for a period of time before bottling, giving it a unique flavor and taste, while a small part of the malt of the raw materials is baked with peat, which also brings a little peat flavor to the wine, with a bottling alcohol content of 46% and a limited edition of 5,000 bottles.

The world's best single malt whisky in 2019 finally belongs to Ireland, which is actually unexpected and reasonable. As the birthplace of whisky, Ireland's whisky industry flourished before the 20th century, but no one expected that after entering the 20th century, they would be overwhelmed by various events such as World War I, Irish War of Independence, Prohibition in the United States, World War II, etc., and because they were too conservative and the trade war with Britain, they missed the opportunity to recover, which eventually led to the industry plummeting, and by the 1960s, there were only 3 distilleries left in the country. Today, only a dozen distilleries remain in operation in Ireland. The Teeling family, which won the first place this time, began to engage in the whisky business as early as 1782, and at the end of the last century, the Cooley distillery that broke the deadlock in the development of Irish whisky was also founded by john Teeling, a member of the family. Since the Cooley distillery was acquired by Beam Suntory in 2011, the Teeling family has embarked on a revitalizing the family distillery, not sticking to the IDL-led "standard" style of Irish whisky known for its light, soft and gentle breezes, but increasingly taking on the shadow of old rival Scotch whisky in the choice of sprouted barley, bourbon, sherry barrels and peat.

Craigellachie is located in the heart of Speyside and is home to the largest winery concentration in the region. The name of the distillery is Gaelic for "rocky mountain", because the winery is next to a cliff, and standing here, you can see the distillery on the opposite bank. The Kleigach distillery maintains the traditional whisky-making process, including the use of old-fashioned worm tubes to cool spirits. Because it did not consider the popular trend of blending half of modern whisky, it was even called "vintage whisky" as early as 1891. Kleigah Single Malt Whisky is loved for its fruity and sulfur-rich aromas, appetizing and palatial. Old Pulteney Distillery is located in the fishing town of Wake, at the northern tip of the Island of Scotland, where almost all of Scotland's distilleries are in rural fields, and Old Pulteney is one of the very few wineries located in the city. What sets Furtney apart from all whisky distilleries around the world is the shape of their stills. The vintage in whisky, which refers to the year of distillation rather than the year of harvest, was distilled in 1989, bottled in 2015, with an alcohol content of 46% and a limited edition of 3210 bottles. It is worth mentioning that the original wine is aged in American bourbon barrels that have been aged into the peat whiskey of Islay Island, giving it a varied peat flavor and blending perfectly with flavours such as lively fruity and rich spices.

This is a souvenir wine from the Ardbeg distillery on isle of Islay. Launched to commemorate the distillery's experiment in bringing wine into space for gravityless maturation in 2011, the wine, named after astronomer Galileo, whose original distillation was made in 1999 and is also one of the specialties of its maturation in Marsala's sweet wine barrels, giving the wine a distinctly sweet tropical fruit flavor. Each bottle has an alcohol concentration of 49% and is non-condensing filtered.

Yamazaki was Suntory's first whisky distillery, built in 1924 and the first single malt whisky in 1984. One of the characteristics of Yamazaki is the use of a variety of different shapes of stills, in addition to the use of five kinds of oak barrels, including water lintel barrels (Mizunara), to produce a more diversified original sake, so that different vintages have a distinct style. First released in 1999, Yamazaki 25 was launched to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Suntory's founding.
