Since October 20 (3), the Library has been open to the public in an orderly manner, and the library has adopted measures such as real-name registration and flow restriction, and continued to implement national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control measures during the visit to the library.

1. Opening hours

Tuesday to Sunday 9:00-11:30, 14:00-16:30

2. Open areas

The reading room on the first floor of the main building of the library is open to no more than 50% of the passenger capacity; the lecture hall of 1,000 people on the second and third floors is open to no more than 50% of the passenger capacity. All venues are gradually opened in an orderly manner in accordance with normalized epidemic prevention regulations.

3. Precautions

1. Visitors must wear masks correctly throughout the whole process, and implement relevant protective measures, scan code registration, body temperature measurement, and disinfection. Queue up to enter the museum and ensure that the spacing is more than one meter.

2. When entering the library, readers should take the initiative to cooperate with the security and library service personnel to register their identity information, scan the "Yangcheng Scan Code Pass" (if there is no smart phone to scan the code, you can consciously accept the inspection and registration with your ID card, and accept the temperature detection at the same time, and the body temperature is normal, no cough, shortness of breath and other suspicious symptoms before entering the library.

3. It is strictly forbidden for those who have not worn masks, those with abnormal body temperatures (37.3 °C and above), and those who have a history of living in relevant overseas countries and medium- and high-risk areas within the territory (subject to the announcement of the municipal government) and those who have returned to the 14-day quarantine period to enter the museum.

4. During the epidemic prevention and control period, take flow restriction measures, and the number of people in the reading room on the first floor of the library at the same time shall not exceed 30 people; the readers who enter the library shall support and obey the staff arrangement, and during the normalization of the epidemic prevention and control period, for readers who refuse to listen to the advice in violation of the admission regulations, the Jian Zhen Library will take appropriate measures to ensure the health and safety of other readers, and report the relevant situation to the epidemic prevention and control department and the public security department as soon as possible.

5. During the epidemic prevention and control period, minimize the use of air conditioning. Indoor air ventilation is often maintained in each service area of the museum, and cleaning and disinfection are carried out regularly every day.

6. Readers should pay attention to personal hygiene and environmental hygiene during the library, do a good job of personal protection, and prohibit the consumption of food in the library.

7. Readers who have symptoms such as cough, fever, fatigue and so on in the library should contact the staff in time.

8. When a reader enters the library, it is a tacit commitment to abide by the relevant management regulations of the authentic library.
