A book stamp is a symbol with the name of the bibliophile affixed to the front page or title page of the book, which has a long history and is known as a "gem on paper...... In order to enhance the general public's understanding and love for traditional culture, enhance aesthetic accomplishment, and strengthen cultural self-confidence, the 2024 7th Fengxian District Book Stamp Design Competition of "Inheriting the Prosperity of the World and Passing on the Ancient Rhyme of the Millennium" was launched.

Event Requirements:
1. Who is going to participate
The collection of works is open to all citizens in the district. 3 works were collected by the libraries of each town and street. Contestants can submit no more than 2 works per person, and a series of works with the same theme will be counted as one work, and no book needs to be submitted.
2. Work requirements
Contestants need to combine the characters on the Han portrait stone of Wuliang Temple and the storyline to make book tickets. Collector's tickets do not need to be affixed to books. The requirements for the work are as follows:
(1) The book ticket must be a rectangular flat work, and the form is not limited, including but not limited to prints, copper engravings, paper cuttings, paper engravings, paintings, homespun stickers, etc.
(2) The design of the ticket must contain the "EXLIBRIS" logo and the author's name (can be a nickname or English abbreviation).
(3) The size of the work shall not exceed 75*100mm, and all works must be strictly in accordance with the size requirements.
4. Awards
The competition is divided into 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 7 third prizes, and several participation awards.
5. How to Participate
Please send the paper work to the West Gate Guard of Fengxian District Library before July 1, and mark the town, author's name, and work name in the lower left corner of the back of the work. The submission form (only the electronic version is submitted, please fill in Attachment 1 for submissions through the Township Library, and Attachment 2 for individual participation) should be sent to the mailbox [email protected]. (Please keep the manuscript of the work, and the submitted work will not be returned)
