From the traditional old industrial zone to the science and technology cultural and creative industry agglomeration area, Guanghua Road has embarked on a new road of cultural and creative empowerment of the transformation of existing resources.
The reporter learned from the 2021 Guanghua Development Forum and the "Media Look at the Bridge" activity held on October 29 that the Guanghua Creative Block has begun to take shape, and has completed 13 transformation and transformation projects, including the 79 Yiku of the Municipal Cultural and Creative Park, the District-level Cultural and Creative Park Across the Boundary Guanghuaku, and the Caohejing Guanghua Park, becoming a gathering place and radiation source for cultural creativity, design and research and development, and academic exchanges.
This year is the launch year of the new round of "Three-year Action Plan for the Development of Cultural Entrepreneurship Industry in Minhang District (2021-2023)" in Minhang District. In the past three years, the main body of Minhang's cultural and creative industry has increased rapidly, and it has achieved remarkable results in industry plates, industrial layout, carrier construction and development trends, and the Minhang cultural and creative brand has gradually started, the industrial development pattern has been continuously optimized, and a number of distinctive cultural and creative industrial parks have been built. At present, there are 15 recognized cultural and creative parks in Minhang District, including 12 municipal parks (including 2 municipal demonstration parks).
Among them, the Guanghua Creative Block itself is a typical case of the transformation of existing resources. Since the 1950s, the 1.5-kilometer line from Humin Road to Zhongchun Road on Guanghua Road has been the birthplace of the industry of Zhuanqiao Town, leaving about 500,000 square meters of factories, warehouses and buildings along the line, and the main industries are the production of paint and chemical products, pharmaceuticals, mechanical hardware processing and various types of warehousing. Nowadays, "cultural and creative empowerment, industry-city integration" has made this road completely new.
Since 2018, Zhuanqiao Town has held the "Guanghua Forum" for 4 consecutive years, and its brand influence has been continuously enhanced. At the forum on the same day, the People's Government of Zhuanqiao Town and the School of Design of Shanghai Jiao Tong University officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to further deepen the integration of industry and education, and promote the organic connection between the education chain, the talent chain and the industrial chain.
In the theme forum of "Cultural and Creative Industry Development Seminar", senior experts from the cultural and creative industry depicted a new blueprint for the future urban development of "cultural and creative empowerment and industry integration" from different dimensions such as creative tourism, industry-city integration, urban cultural soft power and commercial and industrial links, providing new ideas for the development of the cultural and creative industry for participating enterprises.
Wang Nailiang, a senior expert in Shanghai Municipal Culture and Tourism and former director of the Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration, believes that at present, China's tourism industry is thriving, but it is still unsatisfactory in the development of tourist souvenirs, lack of personalization, and the same. Tourism souvenirs should be guided by the needs of tourists, through big data, cloud computing, Internet and other modern digital information technology, to understand the interests and hobbies of target tourists, purchasing power, consumption habits and other information, the development of tourism souvenirs, and then create a market-recognized brand and enterprise.
Wu Jian, associate professor of the Center for Mixed Development Space Research at the School of Design at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, believes that bringing together diverse talents is the key to creating a dynamic economic zone. From the perspective of people's basic needs, convenient public transportation, perfect supporting facilities and low living costs meet the most basic living requirements of people. From the perspective of higher level demand, people pay more attention to the improvement of career development for the intellectual positions provided by enterprises, healthy outdoor sports, and technical and ideological self-improvement space.
Zhou Fang, deputy secretary-general of the China Industry-City Integration Development Alliance, believes that the innovation path for urban cultural soft power improvement is from "smart city" to "urban wisdom", and the essence of smart city construction is to use advanced information technology to achieve intelligent urban management and operation, thereby creating a better life for people in the city and promoting the coordination and sustainable development of the city.
