According to the meeting process, Li Haipeng issued procedures and system diagrams to the responsible persons of the operation department, the maintenance department and the fuel department, Ma Zhanhai, member of the party committee and deputy general manager, made specific arrangements for the start of the whole set of unit 1, and the fuel department, maintenance department, operation department, safety and environmental department and engineering department made statements on how to ensure the whole set of start-up of unit 1.

It is reported that at 20:34 on October 10, the boiler ignition blowpipe of Qinlong Electric Power Jimsar Power Generation Unit 1 was successfully completed after 106 times, and the indicators were normal and will soon enter the whole set of start-up stages.
In order to ensure the successful completion of this work, on the eve of the blowpipe, the company's leaders planned in advance with the commissioning unit, the construction unit and the supervision unit, and organized it in advance, and constantly optimized the commissioning plan of the steam blow pipe of the boiler of unit One; the trial operation headquarters held two commissioning meetings every morning and evening, gradually taking stock of various types of work item by item, and smoothing the implementation channels; for dangerous points, formulating risk pre-control measures and conducting emergency drills. During the blowpipe period, the operator implements 24-hour all-weather monitoring, checks the safety and integrity of the system, and contacts the construction units to eliminate the defects and safety hazards in the blowpipe process for the first time. The maintenance personnel fully enter the sprint stage, follow the professionals to track and learn the whole process during the day, and stand by the blowpipe at any time at night. Laboratory personnel continuously test water quality day and night, report various data on water quality, and ensure that the operators adjust various operations in a timely manner. With the close cooperation of all units, the boiler blow pipe work of Unit 1 was ensured to be completed safely, with high quality and high standards.
The successful boiler blowing of Unit 1 has effectively trained the practical skill level of the operators, strengthened the confidence and determination of all the participants in the unit to put into operation and power generation on schedule, marked that Unit 1 is about to enter the whole set of start-up stages, and provided a strong guarantee for the trial operation of Unit 168 in the later stage.
