Hello everyone!
I am Huang Qingyang, a 2021 major in Criminal Procedure Law, and I am honored to be able to speak here as a spokesperson for graduates in the direction of Criminal Procedure Law, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and expectation to you.
First of all, there is gratitude for the past. First, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hunan Tongcheng Law Firm. I know very well that without the valuable bridge of cooperation between the university and Tongcheng Law Firm, and without the deep care and high attention of Tongcheng Law Firm for our law students, I would not be able to stand here today and accept this honor. Tongcheng Lawyer Scholarship, this honor not only represents material affirmation and encouragement, but also carries a profound spiritual connotation and rich cultural heritage. It is not only a recognition of our academic pursuits, but also an expectation and spur for our future legal career. It inspires us to keep forging ahead, pursue excellence, and contribute to the cause of the rule of law. Second, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my supervisor, Professor Li Rong. Mr. Li is not only a guiding light on my academic path, but also an important mentor on my life path. Her rigorous academic attitude, profound academic attainments and noble personality charm have all had a profound impact on me. In the process of writing his graduation thesis, Mr. Li put a lot of effort into it. She always worked tirelessly to sort out the ideas of the article for me, from the framework of the article to the details, and guided me meticulously. Whenever I have doubts, Ms. Li always patiently answers for me, and her wisdom and experience have benefited me a lot. She would always sacrifice her rest time, and every time she left the teacher's house, it was already ten or even eleven o'clock at night. It is under such careful guidance that the ideas of my thesis have gradually become clear, and the quality of my thesis has been significantly improved. Here, I would like to say to Mr. Li: Teacher, you have worked hard! I will always remember your teachings and care. Finally, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Law School of Hunan University for its meticulous cultivation of me for seven years. Here, I spent a fulfilling and unforgettable learning time, and every moment embodies the care and expectations of the college. In particular, I would like to pay tribute to the teachers of the Criminal Procedure and Criminal Law Points. They are not only the transmitters of knowledge, but also important mentors on our life path. They not only impart our professional legal knowledge, but also teach us how to be an honest and responsible person and how to face life's challenges and choices through their words and deeds.
Secondly, there is the expectation of the future. At the crossroads of life, the trajectory of the future is as difficult to see as foggy, and a trace of fear and confusion naturally arises in my heart. Good afternoon, everyone! I am Siying Huang from the 2020 class of the School of Law, and I am honored to speak as the award-winning representative of the 13th "Tongcheng Lawyer Scholarship". Here, on behalf of the 2020 award-winning undergraduate students, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Hunan Tongcheng Law Firm and all the leaders and teachers who have come, and thank you for your support and training!
The streamer is easy to throw people, red cherries, green plantains. Four years have passed, and I am very fortunate to be associated with Hunan University and the Law Department of Hunan University, which has given me the privilege to meet many amiable and respectable teachers and many outstanding seniors. Walking with excellent people, growing together and making progress together is an asset, and it is the most precious and unforgettable memory of my life.
The peach and plum do not speak, and the next is its own. As my four-year career at Xiangda Law School is coming to an end, I would like to offer my most sincere thanks and blessings to every teacher who has taught and helped me! First of all, I would like to thank my excellent class tutor, Mr. Huang Mingru, who is a careful and patient teacher, who has inspired me step by step to cultivate problem awareness and thinking ability, from my academic year thesis to my graduation thesis, from topic selection to logical structure, and will also give me encouragement when I encounter problems and difficulties in writing. Teacher Huang said: "Writing is a process, take your time, no one can build Rome in a day." Good afternoon, everyone! I am Gong Yi from the Class of 2022 Criminal Legal Affairs, and I am honored to be able to speak here as a representative of the graduate students. First of all, on behalf of the students, please allow me to express my heartfelt thanks and high respect to all the seniors of Hunan Tongcheng Law Firm and the leaders and teachers of the Law School.
With the full cooperation between Tongcheng Law Firm and the Criminal Law Center, we enjoy an internship platform and faculty that students in other directions cannot match, and of course, there is also a unique Tongcheng Lawyer Scholarship for criminal law majors, constantly striving for students to study hard and work hard. Looking back on the two years of studying at Hunan University, what impressed me the most was our unique dual-track training model of "from theoretical tutor to practical tutor", which allowed us to have the opportunity to get in touch with judicial practice in addition to theoretical study, especially the face-to-face guidance of elite lawyers and senior lawyers of Tongcheng Law Firm.
In addition, the reason why our official account platform, the Hunan Provincial Criminal Rule of Law Research Association, is getting better and more influential, is also inseparable from the long-term help provided by Tongcheng Law Firm to the official account. During the period when I and many of my classmates worked as editors of the official account, our writing ability and writing level have been qualitatively improved, which will be of great benefit to our future academic research or judicial practice. In addition to being grateful to the official account, what makes me even more grateful is the semi-monthly reading club system of criminal law, which allows us to often come into contact with all the teachers who have profound legal skills and are admirable. No matter what paper the speaker reports, he can find out the shortcomings and shortcomings of the paper under the keen eyes of the teachers. Of course, teachers are far more affirmative than critical of papers, and it is the positive academic atmosphere created by teachers that can make students regain confidence in thesis writing again and again. To prove that my remarks are not flattering or flattering, I can make it clear that most of my award-winning papers or journals have been presented at book clubs or as reading notes. My first provincial journal was a paper I presented as a keynote speaker on June 26, 2023, and the first prize of a national conference was a paper I presented during my keynote speech on September 18, 2023. In addition, the fourth and sixth provincial journals were also submitted to Mr. Huang in the form of reading notes, and I asked him how to revise them after class. Therefore, through this form of presentation, I hope that everyone will make good use of the platform of the book club and strive to improve their essay writing skills and problem-finding skills in school.

Good afternoon, everyone! I'm Yi Lingfeng from the Class of 2021 in Criminal Law. I am very honored to have won the first prize of the Tongcheng Lawyer Scholarship for three consecutive years, and I am honored to be able to stand here and speak as a representative of the winners.
