According to French media reports, the Buckingham Palace statement noted that "following recent advice, the Queen should take a few days off." Her Majesty's doctors have recommended that she should continue to rest for at least the next two weeks. ”

The Queen of England, who has been serving the people uninterruptedly for 70 years, had to accept medical advice to slow down after a night of hospital check-ups.

According to the statement, the Queen will still attend the commemoration of National Day on 14 November.

It is worth noting that the Queen, who was hospitalized for a one-night physical examination last week, is currently only able to perform a small number of duties according to the doctor's advice, and cannot even go out to walk her corgi dog. She has also recently been seen travelling on crutches and has announced that she will no longer attend the twenty-sixth Conference of the Parties (COP26) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, to be held in Glasgow next week.

The Queen is reportedly in good spirits. (End)
