A California court dismissed the lawsuit against Marilyn Manson for alleged rape

Fox News confirmed that a California judge dismissed a woman's lawsuit alleging Marilyn Manson's rape.

Judge Gregory Kiosian closed court business Tuesday after the judge challenged the woman's allegations to be beyond the statute of limitations, according to legal documents obtained by Fox News.

Marilyn Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, was accused of rape and sexual violence by an anonymous woman in Los Angeles in May. The woman claimed that she had been dating Manson since 2011 and found herself exploited and hurt by Manson.

A member of Marilyn Manson's team vehemently denied the allegation at the time. He insisted Wednesday that although the judge dismissed the anonymous woman's complaint, he was willing to give the woman's lawyer 20 days, as long as the anonymous woman could provide more facts, and marilyn Manson's team was not afraid.

Manson team members relayed Fox News, citing legal facts, saying the plaintiffs must clearly defend the facts and show the truth of the matter.

Although the judge dismissed the anonymous woman's complaint, Manson, 52, still faces sexual assault charges against two other women, including his former assistant and "Game of Thrones" actress Esme Bianco.

In addition, Manson denied allegations of violence against a woman during a performance in New Hampshire when he spat and snot at the woman.
