The Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau implements the unified management of "one boat (boat) no. 1" for sailing boats and jet skis engaged in maritime leisure tourism in the form of filing, and improves the supervision during and after the event.

According to statistics, as of August 17 this year, there are 12 operating boat units in Qingdao, a total of 57 sailing ships and 23 jet skis have been recorded and announced to the public in the Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau. These include Qingdao Silver Sea Sailing Club, Qingdao Maywind Sailing Club, Qingdao International Yacht Club Co., Ltd., Qingdao Aoshun Culture and Sports Co., Ltd., Qingdao Zhiliang Sailing Yacht Club Co., Ltd. and other equipment. All registered boats have purchased boat insurance, passenger insurance, professional drivers, lifeguards and life-saving equipment.

The "Interim Measures" make it clear that those who use sailing boats and jet skis to engage in tourism activities need to register commercial affairs in accordance with the law and file with the Municipal Sports Bureau. Within 5 working days after the filing, the Municipal Sports Bureau needs to release the filing information to the public. When the filing information changes, the practitioners of sailing and jet skiing need to change the filing information to the Municipal Sports Bureau within 15 working days. If the sailing or jet ski tourism activity is terminated or the conditions for filing the sailing or jet ski tourism activity are no longer met, it is necessary to apply to the Municipal Sports Bureau for cancellation of the filing within 15 working days.

For sailing and jet ski tourism activities, adhere to the joint law enforcement of maritime tourism, and if the practitioners of sailing and jet skis violate relevant provisions such as laws, regulations and rules, the relevant management departments shall impose penalties in accordance with law.

At present, the Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau is working on the development of Qingdao Sailing And Motorboat Maritime Tourism Filing Service Management System, allowing the masses to walk less and run more errands with data. The system is expected to be launched in September, when the filing information will be handled online, and the filing information will be shared with the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the Municipal Marine Development Bureau, the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Qingdao Maritime Bureau and other relevant departments in a timely manner.
