I said Zhang Yuanshan (Li Geng/Wen) I said Zhang Yuanshan (Li Geng/Wen)

Zhang Yuanshan

In fact, I did not dare to participate in the academic conference casually, but I still chose Zhang Yuanshan's "Immortal Society". If I say that the jianghu, he knows the jianghu better than I do, because even if my heart is in the jianghu, I am still a bit "pseudo-jianghu", the so-called "body in the scene, the heart is not in the scene"; and Zhang Yuanshan has always been in the jianghu, the heart is also in the jianghu, the body and mind are one, this may be the clear evidence of Zhuangzi's soul reappearing in him.

Some people say that Zhang Yuanshan's literature started a bit like me, starting with quarrels. I always thought I was writing about literary criticism, but some people were wronged into quarrels. Criticism, usually in my case is a hot head, quarrels must be the behavior of more than two people. But Zhang Yuanshan seems to have gladly accepted this concept of "quarrel". He should not have deliberately said elegant things in the world, which I appreciate very much. He, like me, has been in a quarrel for more than ten or twenty years, but I am already very tired of arguing.

If Zhang Yuanshan's literature really began with quarrels, then his quarrels are a kind of controversy. Although the quarrel is very written, the smell of gunpowder is very live. Han Shishan once ridiculed this kind of quarrel as "who is red with whom", which is actually the definition of a kind of literary criticism. At the expert level, there is a strict distinction between literary criticism and literary criticism, and academics often regard their criticism as real work, and criticism from the jianghu as an interjection.

I think Zhang Yuanshan is an outlier of Shanghai's cultural people. When he was young, he was an out-and-out essayist, without gentleness and frugality, and the sharp edge of criticism appeared, directly naming and pointing points. If in the past, The Shanghai critics were gentle storytellers, then Zhang Yuanshan-style critics were sharp cross-talkers with a strong sense of criticism.

A discussion about contemporary literature that the poet's index finger remembers is what Zhang Yuanshan left for him. At that time, Zhang Yuanshan was still Zhang Zhiping. Zhang Zhiping, who has a poetic temperament, obviously hit the door and was praised by the index finger. Zhang Zhiping's literary criticism stems from his criticism of the Chinese literary scene and the current state of society. None of the various characters he criticized actually took the shot, which was equivalent to shooting arrows at the sky. I have experienced the loneliness in the valley that has not been echoed. Perhaps that loneliness brought him close to Zhuangzi.

I hadn't met Liu Wendian, but I knew Zhang Yuanshan. We still know Liu Wendian because of Zhuangzi. In the same way, I think Zhang Yuanshan's Zhuangzi will surely be passed down. Many writers in the Republic of China are also scholars and have their own academic monographs. Coming here today, the first thing that is very happy is to see the first release of two new books by Brother JinRu and Brother Yuanshan, both of whom have entered the academic scope, and the simple edition of the cloth style like Brother Jinru and the luxurious hardcover of Brother Yuanshan form an interesting contrast. I was particularly aware of the bleeding effect of the hardcover book in The Far Mountain, which was very laborious to make. I was also a bookseller more than twenty years ago, and I admire the current Tiandi Publishing House, they have reached a new realm, that is, jinyi can't walk at night. We have to have a sense of ceremony. The books that are out now are not only reading, but more importantly, I think they can still be collected and preserved as a sense of cultural ritual. Brother Yuanshan was able to do that. He has achieved such beauty with his personal strength, which shows that he has this ability.

Usually, PEN meetings, seminars, etc., are basically attended by the heads of all aspects. I have not participated in the pen meeting hosted by individuals before, but since zhang Yuanshan's personal pen meeting began, I feel that the personal pen will be significantly different from the so-called official pen club, you can speak freely, do not have to sit in front of the precarious, condescending, especially like today's cultural and customary pen meeting, so that people can be in a non-solemn atmosphere of the stream of consciousness.

I've been comparing an academic figure in Guangdong to Brother Yuanshan. A person like Zhang Yuanshan, who has written more than two million words of professional and high academic value in one day for more than twenty years, if he is in school, how much project fee should he get? This record, even those professors in the academy, cannot be reached. When I compare, I find that people are very different from people. In order to concentrate on the study of Zhuangzi, Zhang Yuanshan did not hesitate to quit his good job. This attitude of being born in the world is in great contrast with the spirit of joining the WTO of a person in Guangdong that I am talking about. Every step of the person's steps was very precise, first to the city newspaper to find a good platform, with the influence of news and public opinion, improve social visibility, and then jump from the newspaper to the writers association, get a big house assigned by the writers association, and then go to the famous university to get the project fee, and when he was not yet a doctor, he became a doctoral supervisor - it can be said that Qian Liqun said that he was a practitioner of "exquisite egoism".

From the background, Brother Yuanshan is from Shanghai, and that one is from rural areas. The peasant brothers went to the city step by step and advanced upwards, but Zhang Yuanshan withdrew from the modern industrial civilization step by step, and in order to study Zhuangzi, he gave up almost everything, not only did not want to work, but even divorced, and even did not care about the "ancient admonition" of "no queen is great". I think this is not the Thoreau of contemporary China. I've always thought that Thoreau, the pioneer of American "lying flatness," lived a minimalist life in the forests of Walden, studying raspberries and the like every day, somewhat forced. Yu Shicun, who is here today, was also cultivating and studying in the Dali area of Yunnan Province, and a group of contemporary Tao Yuanming, maozu erhai, leisurely looking at the Cangshan Mountains. Today, I have to see Brother Yu and his family, and it is obvious that he has completely "returned the vulgarity".

The phenomenon of "lying flat" that we appeared today suddenly made me have a feeling: Isn't this Zhang Yuanshan? He had been "lying flat" more than twenty years ago; even far more than twenty years, it should have been "lying flat" since he was born in 1963 — of course, this is a joke — zhang Zhiping at that time should have meant "Zhiping Tianxia". It is said that Father Zhang touched his little head and said inspirationally: In the future, I will rely on you to take a car!

My understanding of Zhuangzi has always been a kind of nonsense. In the pre-Qin Dynasty, cultural people were keen to mix in Vanity Fair, Confucius was no exception, and Qu Yuan, all wanted to get an official and a half-job, and there must also be a Nanzi, Chanjuan or something with red sleeves to add incense. But when it comes to Zhuangzi, everything is not a thing, isn't the work just to "earn two meals" as the Cantonese say, it is said that Zhuangzi has exercised his hunger "kung fu" and can eat once every half a month like a camel. Some people think that he is like the later Zhuge Liang recruiting workers in Longzhong, posing as a big coffee. As a result, the king of Chu Wei sent someone to invite him to entrust him with the important affairs of the country. Put aside others, there is an opportunity, but here in Zhuangzi, it is not good. Life is short, and the picture is to be at ease. Zhuangzi was undoubtedly the first person in China to "lie flat", but he was a conscious and voluntary "lying flat" and thus became a master.

Today's "lying flat" people are actually forced, a kind of abandonment that cannot resist reality. And Zhang Yuanshan is active, Zhuangzi-style. He should stay away from those materialistic literary mountains and make himself a kind of mountain. He wants to voluntarily make a cut with the current literary world and do his own thing. I think this is highly in line with the spirit of Zhuangzi.

There is also the so-called renunciation and non-consumption. Before the epidemic, I would go to Japan every year, thinking that under Japan's highly developed material civilization, their young people did not want anything. The Japanese have very little living space, but the temple is very large. This seems to have some moral meaning: materialistic, spiritual.

There are a lot of young people now who don't pursue anything. They are disappointed in reality, so they adopt a kind of non-cooperativeism: I don't play with you, I don't participate in the "inner volume"; anyway, I can't win you, just cut with you.

When Brother Yuanshan writes Zhuangzi, he writes about himself, and he himself is also a Zhuangzi-style figure. Zhuangzi researched fanatics, such as Liu Wendian, who actually ridiculed Shen Congwen when he "ran the alarm" in Kunming, saying: I am running an alarm for Zhuangzi, why are you? The introverted Shen Congwen was actually gagged for a while. If you want me, you can answer immediately: for Xiangxi!

Liu Wendian's arrogance was that he believed that Zhuangzi's research would not come after him.

As a result, there were not only people who came, but also Zhang Yuanshan. Zhang is also crazy, but the rhetoric is measured. For the sake of Zhuang Yan, he resigned, and for more than twenty years he lived on the remuneration of the manuscript, which can be described as "lying flat saint".

Liu Wendian is arrogant, and I feel that Zhang Yuanshan is more arrogant than Liu Wendian in his heart. This pride stems from the confidence that I can finally leave my work. In this respect, I want to learn from him.

In addition, it should be said that Zhang Yuanshan's research on Fuxi is also pure. The number of his Fuxixue fans has even exceeded the number of his Zhuangxue fans. He believes that Zhuangxue involves the "three views" and is easy to fight and tear apart, while Fuxixue is not the true source of Chinese civilization.

I think Zhang Yuanshan has a bit of Japanese energy - living in a hut and building a big temple.
