Liu Changjiang is a famous lyricist. He is a member of the Chinese Music Literature Society, vice chairman of the Inner Mongolia Music Literature Society, and a consultant of the Tongliao Music Literature Society. The representative work "Thoughts of Camel Grass" (Gao Shouben song) won the 1983 All-Army Outstanding Song Award. "Meet Horqin" (Song Wenbiao song), won the theme song award of the 11th National Games of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. "Little Cotton Jacket" (Song Wenbiao song) won the third prize of the National Caring Girls Competition and was included in the karaoke music library. "Bright Angel" (in collaboration with Li Li and Song Wenbiao) musical, song and dance report, won the Autonomous Region Five One Project Award. "Ma Lanhua" (Zhao Lingliqu) won the 2017 Tongliao Municipal Government "Horqin Cultural Government Award". The composer is Zhao Lingli

Zhao Lingli, Mongolian (Huo Richa), born in 1954 in Kezuo Zhongqi, is a member of the China Music Copyright Association, a member of the Inner Mongolia Musicians Association, and an associate research librarian of the Tongliao Art Museum.

He served as a soldier in the propaganda team of the army for six years, and after demobilization, he went to the Zhemeng Song and Dance Troupe, and studied in the Music Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University for two years.

Over the past 30 years, he has composed more than 1,000 songs, instrumental pieces and dance songs, and has won more than 20 national, provincial, and municipal awards. Yan Weiwen, Lu Jihong, Dong Wenhua and other singers have all sung his works.

Zhao Lingli became a railway soldier at the age of eighteen, and was the main force of music in the army's propaganda team for six years.
