According to meteorological experts, on the morning of October 28, five counties and cities such as Jingmen and Suizhou issued a yellow warning of fog, and some areas had fog with visibility below 500 meters. During the day, affected by the high-altitude westerly air flow, our province is still dominated by cloudy weather, with the maximum temperature in most areas of 21 °C to 24 °C, and sporadic light rain in Enshi, with a maximum temperature of 18 °C to 20 °C. From the evening of the 28th to the 29th, the cloud system in the province increased, the weather turned cloudy, and there was light rain in northwest Hubei and southwest Hubei to disturb it, and there were also short-term light rain in other regions, and the temperature dropped slightly. On the 30th, the rain stopped and warmed up, and the maximum temperature was 21 °C to 24 °C in most areas.

Recently, foggy weather in Hubei has appeared frequently, and the diffuse fog will reduce visibility and affect traffic. Foggy days are also not conducive to the spread of pollutants, and they also have a certain impact on human health after inhalation. However, due to the thermal insulation effect of fog in winter, some crops will not be affected by frost damage.
