According to New York City police, a woman was found dead in Manhattan Park on Friday morning.
According to 1010wins, police said the unidentified victim was found inside Highbridge Park, near the large cliffs of Coogan's Bluff on Edgecombe Avenue and West 157th Street.
At about 8:40 a.m., police received a 911 call from a police officer who said someone had been attacked and that the body had been found when they arrived at the scene.
No arrests have been made at this time.
