Drew Barrymore (born February 22, 1975 in Culver City, California) is an American actor, director and producer.
In 1982, at the age of 6, Drew was photographed by director Steven Spielberg to play the alien-kissed little girl Gotty in the science fiction film Alien E.T., for which she was nominated for the Most Outstanding Newcomer Starring Award at the 36th British Academy Film Awards. In 1984, she starred in the sci-fi thriller film "Fierce Fire", for which she was nominated for the 12th Saturn Awards - Best Young Actor Award. In 1989, he starred in the love movie "Opposite Sex Attraction". In 1993, she was nominated for the 50th Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Miniseries/Television Movie for her love thriller film "Crazy Flowers". In 1998, he starred in the comedy film "The Wedding Singer". In 1999, he founded the film company "Flowers".
In 2000, he starred in the action-adventure film "Thunderbolt Baby". In 2004, she starred in the comedy film "First Love 50 Times", for which she was nominated for the 6th Teen Choice Awards - Best Actress in Comedy Film, and the 13th MTV Film Awards - Best Actress Award. In 2009, she starred in the biographical comedy film Grey Garden, for which she won the 67th Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Miniseries/Television Movie, and in the same year, she directed her debut film, Roller Skater. In 2011, he co-directed the action drama "Thunderbolt Baby" with Marcos Sienga. In 2014, she starred in the romance film Single Parent Resort, for which she was nominated for the 16th Teen Choice Awards – Best Actress in a Comedy Film. In 2016, he starred in the love movie "Single Guide". In 2020, he starred in the comedy film "Stand-in".
