Chen Yongqing, director of the organizing committee of the competition, secretary of the party committee of the Shandong Terminus of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, and head of the main station, said at the launching ceremony that the "New Era New Lu Cuisine" - the 2021 Lu Cuisine Innovation Competition was born in response to the development requirements of the times, and will be based in Shandong and face the world to collect innovative dishes. The competition focuses on a "new" word, which can be a new dish developed with an innovative concept, or a dish based on traditional Lu cuisine. This year coincides with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and the competition will spend more than 100 days to select 100 innovative, distinctive regional characteristics, rich cultural connotations, loved by the people and have market promotion value from the entries. This is not only a big competition in the production skills of Lu cuisine, but also a big action to promote the innovation of Lu cuisine. It will help LuCai innovation to open a new journey and add a new taste to the people's beautiful life.
According to reports, the "New Era New Lu Cuisine" - 2021 Lu Cuisine Innovation Competition will continue from September 16 to February 2022, divided into four stages: audition, rematch, final and promotion. Contestants are requested to make each innovative dish into a video of less than 5 minutes and send it to the [email protected] before October 31, 2021, and the qualified works will be displayed and voted on the official account of the central video of the Shandong main station of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, combined with the selection of experts to select the "2021 Top Ten Innovative Dishes" and "2021 My Favorite New Lu Cuisine", CCTV Financial Channel and CCTV Video will elaborately produce relevant programs for broadcast.
