Before the closure of the institution, the official website has been hanging on the CCTV "Narration" 2009 episode of the program: Xiao Hao, who stole money, transformed perfectly after receiving training at the "Carnival", becoming a good teenager who honors his parents, abides by the rules and has lofty ambitions. According to the page, this is the only professional adolescent psychological correction institution in the southwest region that is highly affirmed by CCTV and recommended by the Ministry of Education and other twelve ministries and commissions.
