Mr. Lu, a citizen of Wuhan, introduced that on September 24, he drove from Wuhan to Songzi City, and when he was resting on the Yingcheng Expressway in the middle of the way, he spent 14.9 yuan to buy a bag of Chia Tai brand handmade chicken fillet at the Yingcheng store of Yichang Oriental Supermarket in Hubei Province. He found two dates on the bag, "20201214" and "20210823", and called the Xiaogan Mayor's hotline on September 28.

Mr. Lu said that on October 9, Zhang Mou, a law enforcement officer at the Ying City Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, contacted him by phone and asked him to pass relevant evidence to his QQ mailbox. On October 12, he sent photos of the bags and receipts to his mailbox. On October 20, seeing that the complaint did not progress, he called Zhang and asked him.

The 1 minute and 16 seconds of call recording shows that Zhang said that qq mailbox did not receive the above evidence. Mr. Lu said he had sent it twice, could he add WeChat to send it again. Zhang Mou said: "You ×, you people are really hateful, told you to send the evidence over, how do you complain without evidence?" Mr. Lu asked why he was cursing. Zhang mou said that there was no swearing. Mr. Lui said there were recordings. Zhang Mou said: "You record it, record it, you say that I scolded you, you × a dead ×." ”

The upstream reporter combed through the recording of three phone calls between Zhang mou and Mr. Lu and found that there was nothing wrong with Mr. Lu's words.

Why does Zhang want to scold people? On October 22, the upstream news reporter called Zhang's phone several times, but he did not answer. Ding,the bureau's deputy director in charge of law enforcement, said that according to the regulations, the bureau should give regular feedback after receiving complaints from the mayor's hotline. Therefore, the complaint has not yet been concluded, zhang is afraid of overdue, and his heart is anxious.

The reporter asked: "If you are in a hurry, you should take the initiative to contact the complainant and ask about the evidence, why did the complainant take the initiative to contact Zhang?" Mr. Lui reported being scolded through the Internet, why did you ask him to delete the article? Deputy Director Ding did not reply.

Another person in charge of discipline inspection and supervision of the bureau explained that Zhang suspected that Mr. Lu was a "professional counterfeiter" and had a bad attitude, "already let him write a situation statement."

Liu Hongbin, director of the Ying City Municipal Supervision Bureau, said that according to his understanding, Mr. Lu was a normal complaint and there was nothing wrong with his words. Next, the Bureau will carefully investigate why there are two production dates on the food packaging of the complaint and give timely feedback. Zhang Mou's scolding behavior is detrimental to the image of the unit, and a case investigation has been launched on this matter. The Bureau will ask staff to warmly receive every complainant.
