According to the traditional Chinese concept, the parents' houses are finally reserved for their children, but recently before the death of an old man in Dantu New District, he disregarded the attitude of his son and daughter-in-law and gave all his real estate to his niece, which caused a dispute. Yesterday (September 21st) morning, the old man's daughter-in-law took the old man's niece to court, how should this house be sentenced?

According to the court trial, the late old man Zhou Rong and his wife adopted a child of a relative, his name is Zhou Jian, and in 1993, Zhou Jian went to Shanghai to replace his biological father. Zhou Jian and Zheng Lan had twin daughters after marriage, and the family of 3 settled in Shanghai. Later, Zhou Jian and his adoptive mother died one after another. In June 2013, his adoptive father, Zhou Rong, wrote a suicide note stating that he had been living with his niece Liu Xiaojia after his wife's death, and that Liu Xiaojia had assumed the obligation to support him and was willing to give all the property to Liu Xiaojia. After Zhou Rong's death, Liu Xiaojia partially rebuilt the house and built a bungalow. When Zheng Lan learned of this situation, she did not feel good in her heart, and she believed that Liu Xiaojia had violated her and her daughter's inheritance rights. Therefore, Zheng Lan and her two twin daughters acted as plaintiffs and filed a lawsuit with the Dantu District People's Court, demanding to inherit the property left by her husband's adoptive parents.
Plaintiff Zheng Lan: There is our room in this, because I went to get married, I had children, all here.
The court held that the built bungalow should belong to Liu Xiaojia, while the original two bungalows belonged to the adoptive father and son jointly built, and there should be a part of Zhou Jian and Zheng Lan in the property.
Presiding Judge Luo Xiaowen: The will can only deal with all the property that belongs to him, and if there is anyone else's property in the property, it must be divided first, and our court finally determined that only two bungalows can be divided as inheritance.
In addition, adopted sons and their dependents under the Inheritance Act also enjoy the right to inherit. During the trial, the judge clarified the ownership of the disputed house and the scope of the property involved in the case, and divided it according to law. On the morning of September 21, the court ruled that Zheng Lan and her daughter had 1/20, 9/64 and 9/64 ownership of the two houses in dispute, respectively, and Liu Xiaojia had 107/160 ownership.
