I stood on Mount Jiugao. Extending from the Dingtiange Highway, a line connects the lifeblood of the plains and the mountains. With the strong support of the county party committee and the county government, the county traffic bureau built roads for eight years, and Liu Jianxin was the director of the traffic bureau at that time.
Many years ago, knowing that I was the Liquan Township Party, Liu Jianxin always had to carry some local specialties such as noodles, hemp sugar, oil and spicy seeds when he came to Beijing to do business. After that, the news of his road construction kept coming from my hometown, and he asked me to write four big characters that must be hidden, including the word "North", saying that I wanted to build "Dingtian Pavilion", and I wrote: "Taishan Beidou".
In May this year, when the world was exhausted and the peach blossoms began to bloom, Liu Jianxin and I accompanied the visitors on a tour of Beishan.
Drive out of Liquan County, all the way north along the Lixiang Highway, along the ridges, villages dotted among the orchards. Over the Shima Ridge, over a long slope, a majestic antique landmark building "Dingtian Pavilion" comes into view, the magnificent momentum is shocking, and involuntarily enter the dreamland.
Liu Jianxin introduced: In Liquan County, during the Han Dynasty, a Dingtian Temple was built, built on the Mountain, the Buddha Hall was high above, the scenic spots under the four were magical and strict, the Queen Mother And Jade Emperor descended on the mortals, the gods and immortals descended incense, Tang Taizong worshiped the Buddha, and people said: Dingtian Temple, Dingtian Temple, grinding the sky into a creak. Unfortunately, Dingtian Temple was artificially blown up when the stones were sold! The Dingtian Temple fell, and the Dingtian Pavilion stood majestically!
Dingtian Pavilion is built at the intersection of three rural roads in Liquan County's dry belt, with a total height of 37 meters, and four columns at the bottom, engraved with poems from the literati of past dynasties praising Liquan. The four bucket arches above look like a "kai" character from a distance, which means openness, inclusiveness, and openness. In the middle of the arch, there are "Taishan Beidou", "Purple Qi Coming East", "Meteorological Thousands", "Longitude and Latitude and Earth", etc., which are magnificent and majestic, written by Yan Gang, Jia Pingwo, Zheng Yanying, and Xiao Yunru respectively. To the south, underneath the "JingtianweiDi" are the three characters of "Dingtian Pavilion" written by the contemporary calligrapher Ms. Qiu Zongkang with a large seal. Each side of the bucket arch is engraved with four sacred beast motifs of "Green Dragon, White Tiger, Suzaku and Xuanwu", which symbolizes the peace of the people of Liquan for generations; the four bucket arches stand upwards, implying that the transportation cause of Liquan is thriving. Tongqu Avenue goes around the Dingteng Tiange Roundabout Garden, and the traffic is in all directions. Dingtian Pavilion is a magnificent temple, making up for the regret of the people of Liquan for the loss of a thousand-year-old temple.

He said: "I was working in Yanxia Town, and one day, I took my comrades from the town to Dongping Village at the foot of Zhaoling Tomb to collect the lin specialty tax. It was one day after the snow that we walked dozens of miles of mountain road to Dongping Village, tired and out of breath. At that time, I was thinking: The farmers here are really miserable! We came to a farmer's house, the only seven plastic bags of apples, two or three hundred catties, even if sold out, it was not enough for the forest specialty tax. The winter on the mountain was particularly cold, and seeing the pale face of the peasants wearing black cloth old cotton jackets, their eyes sad, and their heads bowed and speechless, I was very sad, forced to hold back tears, turned my head, and waved my hands to the comrades and said: 'Go, this household will not accept!' At that time, I was wondering why the peasants in the dry belt north of Liquan were so pitiful under the same sun! ”
In 2011, he received a sudden notice to appoint Liu Jianxin as the director of the Transportation Bureau. At the moment of receiving the notice, he was full of enthusiasm, "The dream of many years can finally be realized, that is, to build a road for the people!" ”
He often went deep into villages and towns to investigate, investigate, design, and plan, and when he returned, he was covered with soil and mud. Whenever it rains heavily, he takes people on the road to inspect which section of the road is washed away, which bridge is dangerous, formulate measures and solve the problem on the spot, and have not rested before 12 o'clock in the evening, he sighed: "I don't know why my motivation at that time was so big!"
At that time, Xianyang City asked the county transportation bureaus to create a civilized demonstration road every year. The completion of Lichun Road has ended the history of pothole roads in the north-south artery, and the completion of the tourist road has run through four towns and Tang Zhaoling and Tang Jianling, opening up the traffic bottleneck that has spanned thousands of years.
In particular, the construction of Yanzhao Road, the Royal Pomegranate Base, the Hometown of Royal Apricots, the Grape Base and the Tourist Village Renchi Village of ten villages along the way have benefited greatly, accelerated the speed of development, and become the golden belt for the dry belt to get rid of poverty and become rich.
Every road built by Liu Jianxin was completed as a fine product, which was praised by provincial, municipal and county leaders and all sectors of society.
The Liquan County Transportation Bureau was rated as "Excellent Unit" by the county party committee and the County Government and the Municipal Transportation Bureau, "Four Good Rural Highway Demonstration Counties in the Province" by the Provincial Transportation Department, and "Four Good Rural Roads" by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Poverty Alleviation Office. Liu Jianxin has also been rewarded several times.
The completion of Yanzhao Road not only solves the old and difficult problems of fruit production and fruit export in the dry belt area, but also adds icing on the cake for the development of the two provincial agricultural demonstration parks of Xiaoshan Village and Renchi Village and the rural tourism demonstration village of Guanting Village along the line. When it comes to the blossoming season, pink apricot blossoms, white pear blossoms, red pomegranate flowers, yellow rape flowers, a bunch, a bunch, a piece, the mountains are very beautiful, holidays, people tend to enjoy the flowers and relax. The "Flower Viewing Season Opening Ceremony" has been held here for many years.
In 2013 National Day, Liquan held the largest "Liquan County Traffic Culture Exhibition" in history, counting calligraphy, painting, photography and literary works, did not expect the social response so strong, from more than 20 provinces and cities across the country to exhibit more than 1,000 works, came to visit the leaders and masses at all levels as many as more than 30,000 people. In the short eight years since he took up his post at the Transportation Bureau, Liu Jianxin has built and rebuilt more than 400 kilometers of county and township roads, more than 350 kilometers of village roads, and the southern part of the county has formed a demonstration area of "four good rural roads" and the northern road network has also been formed. The extensive transportation network has provided strong support for the economic take-off of Liquan. In 2016, Liquan County won the title of the first batch of "Four Good Rural Road Demonstration Counties" in Shaanxi Province, and in 2017, it was named the first batch of "Four Good Rural Road National Demonstration Counties" by the Ministry of Transport. In 2018, it was jointly rated as "Four Good Rural Roads National Demonstration County" by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council. Liu Jianxin finally fulfilled his traffic dream of "building roads for the people" that he had been born since childhood.

"Director Liu, you stepped down from your position as director of the Transportation Bureau last year, where do you work now?" Liu Jianxin said: "Work in the Linkong Economic Zone in Liquan County. Liquan will withdraw the county and set up districts, attract investment in some areas of Yandong Town, Fenghuo Town, Junma Town, and Xizhangbao Town near Xianyang, and plan to plan a 114-square-kilometer Linkong Economic Zone, which is currently engaged in infrastructure construction. In a few decades, it will catch up and surpass, become an economically developed area of Liquan, withdraw counties and set up districts, restore the reputation of 'Liquan', and build a metropolis of modern scale in Liquan. ”
