In order to implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the legal supervision of procuratorial organs in the new era and the relevant documents of the Central Committee for Governing the Country according to Law on supporting Shenzhen to build a pioneering demonstration city of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and actively promote the construction of Longgang into a model city under the rule of law in the country, on October 21, the Longgang District Procuratorate took the lead in inviting people's congress deputies and people's supervisors to attend the procuratorial committee in the city at the first procuratorial committee of the seventh session (hereinafter referred to as the "procuratorial committee"), focusing on improving judicial transparency and promoting justice through openness. It is a solid step towards becoming one of the most responsive, transparent and impartial prosecutorial organs in the city.

On October 27, the Longgang District Procuratorate fully listened to the opinions and suggestions of the invited representatives and supervisors, and after reporting to the Municipal Procuratorate, sent the decisions and implementation of the inspection committee to the representatives and supervisors attending the meeting in the form of a "Notification Letter" to fully protect the right to know of the personnel invited to attend the meeting.
Before the meeting, in order to do a solid job in inviting people's congress deputies and people's supervisors to attend the work of the procuratorial committee as observers, the Longgang District Procuratorate meticulously organized and made careful arrangements, and in accordance with the relevant work requirements of the municipal procuratorate, perfected and formulated the "Work Rules of the Longgang District People's Procuratorate on Inviting People's Congress Deputies, MEMBERS of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and People's Supervisors to Attend The Meeting of the Procuratorial Committee as Observers," clarified the content of the work, refined the work process, and provided institutional guarantees for the opening of the procuratorial committee; at the same time, in light of the characteristics of the jurisdiction and the actual work of the district, it carefully selected and sold drugs. Three cases, including illegally crossing the national (border) border and bribery of non-state workers, including cases with large social impact, high concern to the masses, and strong typicality, further improved the breadth and transparency of the cases deliberated by the procuratorial committee this time.
Before the meeting was held that morning, the responsible comrades of the office briefed the three people's congress deputies and people's supervisors invited to attend the meeting, including Chen Zhijie, Chen Xi, and Zhang Qiongwen, who were invited to attend the meeting as observers, on the relevant requirements for secrecy and work processes, and invited the npc deputies and people's supervisors attending the meeting to sign a confidentiality agreement; the responsible comrades of the Procuratorial Commission Office gave a briefing to the participants on the legal facts, applicable law regulations, and the focus of the dispute on the cases submitted for deliberation at the meeting, and guided them to read the case file in advance.

This move is an active exploration of the Longgang District Procuratorate's efforts to build one of the most responsive, information-transparent, and judicially fair procuratorial organs in the city, and to be a pathfinder and forerunner of the demonstration institute of building a socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics, and it is also a vivid practice of actively accepting supervision from all walks of life and ensuring the people's right to know, participate in, and supervise to the greatest extent.
