
Chicken sauce tofu skewers

Production process:
Step 1: Wash the chicken skeleton and cut it into large pieces (I bought the skeleton of the whole chicken, and it is easier to put it after cutting the pieces). Cook in cold water and replace the water after it boils. Add hot water, add cooking wine, ginger, green onion and simmer for 3-5 minutes, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 3: Put the skewered tofu into the boiled chicken soup and simmer for more than 20 minutes (the longer the better, the longer the tofu, the more flavorful the tofu is. Be sure to add hot water during the period.
Step 4: Seasoning sauce, coarse chili noodles, fine chili noodles, white sesame seeds in a bowl, pour hot oil.
Step 5: When eating, put a little chopped coriander and garlic juice (add a little water after the garlic is mashed and leave it for 10 minutes), and eat the chili pepper and pour it with chili oil.
