Erawan Tea Room is a Thai tea restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the Erawan Bangkok Shopping Centre next to the Four-Faced Buddha in Bangkok. The cuisine is dominated by traditional Thai seafood, and this curry crab is a must, far better than Jianxing Restaurant (personal opinion).
In 2018, and 2019, it received consecutive Michelin recommendations.

Just sit down and give a Thai shrimp slice and dipping sauce, which is also very good at business.
The shrimp are crispy and salty, but they are delicious without the sauce.
We ordered three signature dishes which were not cheap but tasted great value for money.
1. Thai appetizer selection, 250 baht
The selection of appetizers includes three small Thai pieces, a butterfly bean blossom crystal bun, a shrimp and grapefruit salad, and a Thai fried wonton.
Butterfly bean flower crystal package, transparent lilac pink skin QQ glutinous, the value is quite high. The taro filling of the inner sand is not very sweet, and it is served with golden fried garlic and is very delicious to chew.
Wonton into the pan fried, sprinkled with lemongrass, yellow ginger grains, millet spicy, peanut crushed...., it is recommended to put a whole into the mouth, the crispy skin, the stimulation of millet spicy, the exotic style of lemongrass turmeric, layered in the mouth to explode, straight to the Tianling cover...

The shrimp and grapefruit salad is one of my favorite Thai salads.

2. Tom Yin Gong, 330 baht
This kind of clear soup hanging to the tom yin gong, the most test craftsmanship! Since coconut milk is not used to enhance the flavor and thicken, so the requirements for ingredients are very high, and the soup base must be boiled with shrimp head and shrimp paste to be delicious enough.
Although the price of 330 baht is not cheap, this soup is really sweet and delicious, and it is definitely worthy of the top 3 Tom Yin Gong that Miss Second has eaten in Thailand!
3. Thai crab curry, 1400 baht
In Thailand, 100 shops can make 100 kinds of Thai curry stir-fried crab flavor.
Unlike Jianxing, the curry crab in Ella Bay is not particularly heavy in sauce, mainly highlighting the fresh sweetness of the crab meat itself.
The taste is difficult to describe, can only say that on the basis of the traditional curry crab, the taste is more refreshing, and there are eggs in the ingredients, and the combination of Thai curry + egg is also to let people eat two more bowls of rice.
This 1400 baht crab is still very large, feel a crab claw meat, enough to fry a crab meat fried rice.
Finally, bibimbap with sauce is the soul way to eat curry crab! Come, let's feel the extreme fast drop brought by the carbon water ~ ~ ~
Good thing is michelin recommended restaurants, environmental grades and the quality of dishes are placed there, so the consumption is not cheap.
However, this is a restaurant that friends who love seafood, especially curry crab, must not miss.
