The probability of a family naturally having triplets is one in seven hundred thousand, and the fact behind this data is that being born into a triplet family will have a life experience that is different from the vast majority.
Luu Brothers is one such triplet combination. They were born in Toronto, Canada, to a father from Hong Kong and a mother from Vietnam. Although they have an oriental face like a fake bag, they have never been to Asia before becoming actors.
In 2013, they gained attention with the film Pacific Rim and gradually shifted their focus to Chinese mainland. In 2016, he won the "New Face of Fashion" award at the China Fashion Self-media Awards, and in 2017, he was elected as one of the top ten fitness figures in Healthy China.
The film Pacific Rim was Luu Brothers' most important appearance on the world stage. The mech warrior they control in the movie, Storm Red, with its unique three iron walls as a killing weapon, has slaughtered alien monsters seven times, successfully defending the peace of Hong Kong. This sci-fi masterpiece swept $400 million at the box office worldwide. Since the film's box office performance in China surpassed that of North America, it also became an opportunity for Luu Brothers to enter the Chinese vision.
Now they are being paid attention to by more and more people. As triplet brothers, Luu Brothers can hardly find any difference around them, and the only people who can accurately identify them are fingerprints. The Chinese names of the three people were "Liu Zhifu", "Liu Zhiman" and "Liu Zhitang". Strung together is "Fu man tang". It has a strong Hong Kong flavor of their father's time. I think this may be a strong expression of their father's hometown after years away from his homeland.
Q In the fashion industry, triplets are rare, are there any interesting things about you when you work? Is it often confused?
Triplets are rare, especially the same male triplets. We have differences, but there are also many similarities. I think it's cool and fun to work together, people can't always tell us apart, so they will make jokes because they recognize the wrong person hahaha.
Q From childhood to adulthood, have there ever been any small stories caused by being mistaken?
A Of course! Wherever we go, there are a lot of interesting stories. When we went out to play as children, if we didn't appear together alone, we would always be recognized. We all think it's a small thing, so we won't tell them you're wrong, and then when they text us, they'll find out they're wrong hahaha
Q What was the most touching thing that ever happened between the three of them growing up?
A Between the three of us, it was fine, and I was more touched by my mother. Because my family has a total of 4 children, we also have an older brother, when we were young, the family conditions were average, it was not easy for my mother to raise us to grow up, and her dedication to the family made us very moved.
Q Many people can only see the bright and beautiful appearance of this industry, but they can't see the hardships behind it. Do you have any difficult experiences to share with you?
A Many people can only see the bright side, but in fact, no matter what industry you enter, there will be difficulties. The three of us face everything together, so we don't feel particularly hard. We are all optimistic, believing that hard work will always pay off, and little by little we will realize our dreams.
QWhat was your impression of Beijing after you came to Beijing?
A We were a bit upset at first and would get sick and stay home, but then we got used to it and overall, we loved it! The food, culture, history is so rich that it allows us to experience all kinds of new things, which is very good for personal growth.
Q Many people will neglect fitness because they are busy at work. How did you stay in shape despite the heavy lifting?
A To be honest, there is a need to be in shape during a busy schedule, and sometimes it is difficult for us to manage the progress of the work, but time management can still be done. Health is always the first priority, which money can't buy, so no matter how busy we are, we must plan out the time for fitness.
Q Do you think your current life is satisfactory to you?
A At this moment, we feel that our life is very happy now, and work and life are balanced. But we still have a lot of goals, bigger dreams to accomplish, and everything takes time. I think the most important thing in this industry is to enjoy everything and feel the joy of the journey, not just look at the destination.
QWhat are you looking forward to the future?
A hope to achieve the best we can do at work and in life, to complete and achieve our goals, cherish the best time of this short life.

A can't explain in words how happy and blissful it is to be a father. I was so happy!
Q After becoming a father, do you have any new feelings?
In order to raise my son, I hope to turn myself into the best father, and I hope to be the pride and example of my son.
