Wang Xia came to Yanyan to investigate the work of returning farmland to forests and the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives

From July 25 to 27, Wang Xia, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, deputy director of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, secretary of the party leading group of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, and director of the Council, came to yan to investigate the comprehensive reform of returning farmland to forests and supply and marketing cooperatives.

Xu Xinrong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial PARTY Committee and secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Lu Zhiyuan, vice governor, Lan Jianwen, deputy secretary general of the provincial government, Yang Xiaohong, secretary of the party group and director of the council of the Shaanxi Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative, Xue Zhanhai, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, and Zhang Hong, vice mayor, accompanied the investigation or participated in the discussion.

At the forum held on the afternoon of 26 July, after listening to the work reports of the provinces and municipalities, Wang Xia affirmed the achievements made in the supply and marketing work of the whole province and in the work of returning farmland to forests in Yan'an City. Wang Xia pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization in Yan'an vividly interprets the concept of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", and remarkable achievements have been made in the work of returning farmland to forests, and breakthroughs have been made in the ecological environment. To implement the concept of green development and properly handle the relationship between restoring ecology and protecting the interests of farmers, leading bodies at all levels should carry forward the spirit of "nailing nails" of "one term after another, one blueprint to the end", further consolidate the results of returning farmland to forests, and let the masses fully enjoy the beautiful life brought about by green waters, green mountains and green ecology.

In view of the work of supply and marketing cooperatives in the province, Wang Xia said that since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, especially after the promulgation of the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives", the work of supply and marketing cooperatives in Shaanxi Province has achieved remarkable results in all aspects, and has effectively played the role of a new force and comprehensive platform for agricultural services. She demanded that we should continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives; we should strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations of supply and marketing cooperatives and build a platform for serving the "three rural areas"; we should keep pace with the times, innovate the way of serving agriculture, and improve the level of agricultural socialization services; we should develop supply and marketing e-commerce and promote the integration of online and offline development; we should make social enterprises bigger and stronger, and accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of social enterprises.

During the extension period, Wang Xia and his party went deep into Wuqi County, Zhidan County, Yanchuan County, China Supply and Marketing Yan'an Agricultural Products Logistics Park, and Yan'an South District Cooperative to conduct field research.
