At the same time, at about 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock and 6 o'clock on the same day, the police successively received alarms from three warehouse buying shops in Hulan District that when a young man bought a cigarette, when they handed the cigarette to the man, the man pulled his leg and grabbed the door and fled, got into the private car parked at the door, there was a man in the car, directly drove away, they ran without giving money.

After a preliminary investigation by the police, the victims' image descriptions of the two men and surveillance videos outside the store were adopted. Police locked up two suspects, Liu Liang (pseudonym) and Wang Wei (pseudonym), found their contact information, and summoned them to the public security organs for further verification.

After interrogation, Liu Liang and Wang Wei, who are also 20 years old, live in Hulan District, Ha City, and have no fixed income when they first Chinese. At about 3 o'clock on the same day, the two drove home after attending a friend's party, and when they passed the gas station to refuel, they suddenly thought, "We don't have much money, why don't we run?" "The two hit it off right away. After they successfully escaped, they felt that this method was feasible. So, on their way home, they used the excuse of buying cigarettes to get the whole cigarette in their hands and fled without paying. During the interrogation, the two confessed to the crime, and Wang Wei said: "I thought that for a few hundred yuan, the victim would be troublesome and could not call the police!" According to statistics, they added 240 yuan of gasoline, and also snatched three Cigarettes from Yuxi, Dayun and Xuanhemen in the three warehouses, worth 620 yuan. Afterwards, all three cigarettes were seized and returned to the victims.

In this regard, the Hulan District People's Court of Harbin City held that the defendants Liu Liang and Wang Wei repeatedly robbed public and private property, and their acts constituted the crime of robbery. This case is a joint crime, and the two defendants are the principal offenders, and they shall be punished in accordance with law. However, considering that the two defendants voluntarily admit guilt and accept punishment during trial, they may be given a lighter punishment. Therefore, the Hulan District People's Court sentenced Liu Liang and Wang Wei to six months' imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 yuan for the crime of robbery.
