Legend has it that the Yellow Emperor was going to go to Mount Guci to meet a god named Da Kui. He met a wrangler child and asked, "Do you know where Mount Gutz is going?" The shepherd boy replied: I know. The Yellow Emperor said, "Then do you know where Da Kui lives?" The child said, "I know." The Yellow Emperor felt that this child was not simple, so he asked him how to govern the world. The shepherd boy replied: Governing the world is like herding horses, as long as you go to its horse killers (get rid of the black sheep). When the Yellow Emperor heard this, he hurriedly prostrated his head in thanks, calling the shepherd boy a heavenly master.
