On October 15, 2000, Renqing Dongzhibu was born in Dayu Wugu Village, Qinghai Lake Township, Haiyan County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. It can be said that this is an ordinary Tibetan herdsman family with no sports genes at all. Renqing Dongzhibu grew up with his grandparents in his hometown and helped the family herd cattle and sheep after school.
When he was very young, he liked to chase cattle and sheep on the grassland, and perhaps it was this seemingly casual but very endurance-oriented running that trained the strong physique of Renqing Dongzhibu and laid a solid physical foundation for him to engage in middle-distance running.

It was 2015, he represented Haibei Prefecture in the Third Ethnic Minority Middle School Students Games in Qinghai Province, and won the men's long-distance running 3,000 meters and 10,000 meters in the first victory. In 2018, Renqing Dongzhibu was recommended to the Qinghai provincial team and followed coach Su Wei to undergo regular long-distance running training. During training, he interrupted training for physical reasons, but thinking about the expectations of his coaches and family, he overcame the difficulties and persevered, and showed outstanding long-distance running talent.
Subsequently, Renqing Dongzhibu entered the Qinghai Provincial Sports Team and began to conduct more professional training.
